Online compassionate mindfulness group work! There is amazing evidence coming out of the Max Planck Institute in Germany demonstrating the unique therapeutic benefits to compassion work. For instance an up to 50% decline in the physiological cortisol response. I have devised 8 weekly sessions for groups informed with Paul Gilbert's Compassion Focused Therapy. Email me for details.
