LIGHTING THE WAY WITH COMPASSION

With gratitude, honour, and privilege to present a guest lecture today to University of Ottawa's graduate students in their course "theories of counselling psychology." It really warms me inside to pass on ideas of Compassion, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to these graduate students soon to be counsellors and psychotherapists themselves. And what brilliant questions and an exceptional professor/teacher they have. Thank-you for this opportunity to connect and share space, ideas, and of course compassion.
