I am trained and practiced integrating with the following modalities:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Motivational Interviewing

Narrative Therapy

Family Therapy

Relational Cultural Therapy

Internal Family Systems Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy

Dyadic Developmental Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

Attachment Informed Therapy

In my experience as a psychotherapist, I have found that threading together the approaches of Parts Work/ Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Compassion Focused Therapy  (CFT) and Brainspotting (BSP), a most effective integration.

As well, still drawing on tools from Narrative, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness traditions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ultimately how psychotherapy will look for you (the client) is and will be unique and specific to your own life experience and your own goals and values.

I offer one on one therapy, group, and also family therapy. I also offer group workshops and training in compassion, mindfulness, and transpersonal journeys.

Some of my most recent trainings include Brainspotting Phase 4 with Dr. David Grand and training with the IFS Institute in Chicago. Beginning in September 2024 I will be able to offer Clinical Supervision for other Registered Psychotherapists as well for Graduate Level Master Degree students of Counselling Psychology Programs here in the province of Ontario.

I maintain a proportion of my clientele as pro bono and invite people and communities from the margins of society to contact me.
